Position: Perl Developer
Location: Herndon, VA
Required: -1-
Duration: 6+ Months
Due By: ASAP
Start: ASAP

Notes: Must be an ATSI Fulltime employee

Skills: Unix, Perl, Autosys, Oracle Pl/SQL

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

5 years of development experience – at least 5 years experience with Unix and Perl
Strong knowledge and use of development, methodologies, standards and procedures.
Ability to multi-task and provide expertise for multiple development teams across concurrent project tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent teaming and leadership skills.

Nice to have Skills:

Expertise in Autosys Scheduling
Oracle Pl/SQL

About the Position:

The position requires a person to be a Developer and proficient in Perl Development.
This position also requires a person to provide support to development teams regarding performance and Perl development.
In addition, the position requires a person to have knowledge of UNIX and Autosys.

Responsibilities:

Coding Experience in developing clean Perl code
Develop new components and enhancements for the Data service and Batch Controller
Assist QA by reviewing test plans, test case scenarios as well as resolving test findings
Document Technical Specifications.
Provide Support to Developer Teams
