We provide Offshore Software Development Services & solutions with services such as Web based development, E-strategy Consulting, Web-enabled designing and ERP.   Requirement: Looking for Technical Recruiter; Location – Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – Telangana.   Experience: 1 to 5 years in US Staffing Industry      Description:   Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients ‘needs. Regularly interact with Account Manager/Recruitment Manager to understand the requirements. Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.  Must be professional in Boolean String Search and Job Boards Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
