I'm pleased to announce the release of AFFLIB 2.3 for Unix and
Windows. This is the first major release of AFFLIB to compile
simultaneously on Linux, FreeBSD, MacOS, Windows (Cygwin), and Windows
(MS VC++).

As always, AFFLIB is freely distributed under the Berkeley license.

The next major feature in AFFLIB will be encryption.
