Heads of State (2025) takes a crazy idea — the U.S. President and the British Prime Minister being hunted together — and somehow turns it into a thrilling buddy-comedy that totally works. John Cena plays the loud, action-hungry American President, while Idris Elba is the more composed and reluctant British PM. The two of them are hilariously mismatched, and that’s what makes the movie click.

What really surprised me was how good the chemistry between the leads was. They bicker, clash, and mess up more than they succeed — and that’s the charm. Adding to the mix is Priyanka Chopra as MI6 agent Noel Bisset. She’s not just there to support; she takes the lead, brings strategy to their mess, and proves she can do serious action without losing grace or sharp timing.
