My only suggestion is to add a RSVP closeout date so you can capture number of attending guests. Would it be easier for guests to sign up via google link??

Great input!  I am unclear on how to incorporate Google Docs to track RSVP’s, but am willing to learn!  Denise and I will have a week or so out of pocket, so this might be a great tool!
