We are trying to give away $$$$$$$$$$ MONEY $$$$$$$$$$!
I thought that may get your attention. It is that time of year when students are back to school for the spring semester and starting to think of what may be ahead for them in the upcoming school year. For the parents and the students, all the expenses of higher education are still fresh on their minds.
Lucky for us, the Nashville Branch membership has been generous and has provided some assistance for the Civil Engineering students at our four local universities. The Nashville Branch has granted over $100,000.00 in scholarships the last 18 years to junior, senior and graduate Civil Engineering students. We will typically award three $2,000.00 scholarships to those students who demonstrate the quality and standard that meets the goals of the Nashville Branch.
The scholarship program continues to be available to the children of current members of the Nashville Branch, regardless of the school they attend.
We continue to encourage students at LU, TSU, TTU and VU to take advantage of this program. Do not forget that students working toward a graduate degree in Civil Engineering are also eligible.
