I got pretty good results with a low test ratio 500 test, 1000mg deca, 1000mg bolde U Or 250/500/500 if you want and go higher after a few months, personally that was the minimum amount to use for me and I would add some orals, 50mg Oxymetholone Or 50mg Oxandrolone split 25mg AM / PM or both if you check bloods and evaluate if and how long you can run orals.

#1 I'm currently on 120mg of Test Cyp a week for TRT. Have been considering adding Deca at ~80mg for added lean mass and sure some joint relief would be great. There are obviously tons of questions and videos discussing this. My question is would I gain more muscle by just increasing T dose to ~200mg rather than using Deca + Test.
