Additional final notes on batteries, generators and transfer switches

As learned, the number of batteries strings in series would be a
single string and the voltage increases when batteries are in series.
The NEC applicable to batteries would be for instance, NEC 480, 690.71
and generators and transfer switches would be NEC 445.10, 702, and
because of the issues with a separately derived systems NEC 250.24 (A)
(5). For batteries applicable would also be NEC 300.4 Protection
Against Physical Damage. In addition, for batteries would be NEC
690.74 Battery Interconnections and 400.8 Uses Not Permitted. And the
height above the batteries would be NEC 110.26 (A) (3) Height of
Working Space, ...
