Polarization effect in Conduction Band

Hello!!

I am Master's student in Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. I am using this software for my project in which I am working on ISBTs in AlN, GaN potential wells. I can't see the band bending (even at Eapplied=0) due to polarization effect (spontaneous and piezoelectric) in the band diagram. Could you please help me with including polarization effect in aestimo.py file.

Hi,
You will find in "aestimo_eh.py" the polarization effect (spontaneous and piezoelectric) but without ISBTs calculations.

Hi, thanks for the reply :)

I did notice that valence band calculations contain Polarization effect; but I am having difficulty in combining both polarization and ISBT in conduction band calculations using aestimo.
