Department General Elections 2012: Some changes

The last date of nominations submission is being extended to Wednesday, 7
March 2012 2359 hrs. The last date of manifesto submission is being
extended to Monday, 12 March 2012 2359 hrs. All other dates remain the
same. Please note that no further changes to the deadlines will be made
and that all entries after the deadline will be not considered.
