Department Kurta Day and Cultural Night

Dear all,

On behalf of the Aerospace Engineering Association I cordially invite you
and your family to the Department Cultural Night at the Department rooftop
on 10th April, Tuesday from 7.00 pm.  This event serves as a unique platform
for all the students; especially of the 1st year and 2nd year to get
acquainted  with  the professors in our department at an informal level
and vice versa. The passing out batch will also be felicitated on this
occasion.

The Cultural night will be preceded by the Department Kurta Day where all
students, professors and staff are requested to come in traditional outfit
during working hours. Group photographs of all the batches along with
professors will be taken at 12:30 pm sharp.

I request you all to be a part of the event and make it a success.

Following is a brief overview of what we are planning to do on that night:

1. Performances by students ( and hopefully faculty and staff too :) )
2. Giving away Awards for Excellence to students for their outstanding work
3. Felicitation of the passing out batches; both UG and PG.
4. Dinner
