Utf-8 characters in notification

I configured a webpush variant. When sending a message like " ğüşç" it show correct in admin ui but client get the message like "????". How can I Fix this?

For service worker I'm using a custom one that I created according to https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/push-notifications

Hi DENİZ! I confirm the issue.

That happens because the UPS is using the default encoding when sending the message instead of using th eUTF-8 encoding.

I created a PR for that here: https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/pull/1127

Can you try with that and see if it works for you?
