What is OpenVolunteer?

OpenVolunteer Platform Helps Charities and Local Governments with rapid development (and deployment) of volunteering systems.

Thanks to the integration with the AeroGear Rapid Application Development suite that includes DataSynchronization, Forms, and PWA 

organizations can quickly build and deploy volunteering systems. 

The rapid development of those systems is a really important factor in crisis situations like the COVID19 outbreak.

OpenVolunteer is designed to work out of the box on top of the Integreatly (RHMI)

Who is behind OpenVolunteer?

OpenVolunteer is being led by Manyanda Chitimbo and the number of other volunteers from Red Hat. 

DataSync team is working closely with OpenVolunteerPlatform as we use it as a testbed for the latest releases of our DataSync tools.
