Manufacturing  Engineer	B.E (Aero/Mech/Production )	20	Create or revise manufacturing plans related to fabrication, assembly and installation of parts. Perform detailed analysis of source data, apply knowledge and skills to create a product. Meets or exceeds customer expectations through effective communication and timely delivery of products. As a member of an integrated product team, participates in integrating technical solutions across multiple disciplines relative to manufacturing producibility issues to ensure process and product reliability, coordinates with greater ME community and other functional groups.  Experience:              ·       3+ years in Manufacturing or Fabrication project, working with shop floor in cross-functional teams. ·       Project management and/or aerospace manufacturing integration experience is a plus.  ·       Previous Boeing statement of work experience is a plus. ·       Experience in configuration management a plus.	3 + years
Production Support Analyst	Any degree	1	Ø    Compile Reports & Presentations for customer feedback. Ø    Assists Directors and/or Managers with multiple administrative duties. Ø    Compile/monitor/report the performance metrics on all SOW’s. Ø    Administer visa application process for traveling engineers. Coordinate with Consulate. Ø    Monitor and report any deviation in delivery schedule and non-conformances to the Director and/or Managers. Ø    Assist the team in organizing trainings. Ø    Interface with international and domestic departments to escalate, expedite and monitor open issues. Ø    Use work management systems, and electronic time keeping systems, to process time and attendance records for all payroll and project performance. Ø    Learn the AS9100 documentation requirements and support all related activities. Ø    Support recruitment activities and maintain related records. Ø    Facilitate in new hire preparation. Ø    Coordinate international/domestic travel. Ø    Coordinate with other international Production support analysts Ø    Review, edit, format and determine needs of reports for executive as required.        Ø    Participate in periodic meeting and maintain all the records and documents. Data Specialist(IPC Partlisters)	B.E (Aero/Mech/Production )  / AME	12	Ø  Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of source data. Perform data analysis from either a set-up outline or from original source data. Ø  Understand and read blueprints to determine which parts are needed and how many. Perform methods of parts breakdown for the purpose of producing products for customers. Organize parts data, verify and check information. Ø  Perform the method of formatting and cataloging sub-assemblies and components in order as defined by established procedures and specifications. Ø  Perform cross-referencing tasks, verify information and check for discrepancies.  Make changes as required. Ø  Take an inquiry from the customer, research the problem and compose an answer. Ø  Under minimal supervision, be technically responsible for a part or entire section of the product. Ø  Evaluate job to determine the degree of difficulty. Ø  Review incoming source data to identify the sections affected and the impact it has on the product. Use analytical skills to determine solutions and resolve problems. Ø  Meet assigned production schedules and deadlines. Meet and sustain quality and production (performance) standards. Ø  Compare product to incoming source data for the purpose of verifying technical accuracy. Ø  Recognize non-conformities in product.  Make recommendations for corrections. Document any non-conformity found in accordance with established procedures. Ø  Analyze, categorize and document any non-conformity found according to established procedures.
