Recently a task for was created to look into the placements of the MS phd scholars. One of the points that was suggested was to create a year book for those who a not yet placed.

For this we had sent out 2 mails to the scholars to fill in the profiles and also to fill in their areas of specialization in the research portal. Out of the 150 odd scholars only 45 ppl have filled it up. We now need to call up each guy and remind him to fill up the details in the research portal.

What you need to do: There are 3 files attached with this mail. One contains thelist of not placed students. It has 2 sheets one for MS and another for Phd. You will find you name against some students. You need to check if they have they have filled in the specialization and also if the profile exixts. If they have not replied or if the profile does not exist cal them to ask them to fill it up by 12 pm tomo 11th Jan.

The procedure to fill up the specialization is also mailed along with the mail. In some cases if the smail login Id and password do not work. Ask them to choose from the list of specialization mentioned in another pdf .

Also if they are not intrested in placements any more please let me know so that we need not include his name in the yearbook.

Please do this as soon as possible.
