Dear IIT Madras Placement Officer,

I am planning to offer new 4-Year Higher Education program for 2011-2013 +2 MPC students from August 01, 2013. I need 3-5 BTech/MTech/MS/PHd graduates graduating in 2013 academically strong or those with strong interest in teaching/ academics. Selected candidates will be offered salaries between 6 and 12 lakhs per year or more depending on their profiles and potential to perform the required teaching tasks. 

These will be full time jobs with working hours flexible but about 8-10 hours per day maximum. Actual teaching will be for about 5 hours/ day. We have performance bonus depending on student feedback and other 360 degree feedback mechanisms. 

Please take me through the placement process quickly so I can visit your campus in early May for interviews. We also offer roles on our academic advisory board and encourage partnerships where candidates will become our partners on profit sharing basis. We want the best candidates and will be happy to provide the best of work environment, challenge, and compensation. Candidates can work from any Metro city location in India. We deliver our education through electronic media. Start date will be August 01 or before.
