Interactive Training on Turbomachinery Flow Path Design with AxSTREAM

The company I'm working in, SoftInWay Inc., organizes a 3-day
intensive course focused on design, analysis, optimization and
retrofit of turbomachinery flow path that will be held on June 5-7,
Orlando, FL, USA, just before Turbo Expo 2009. The training includes a
special track customized to participants' interests (axial and radial
turbomachinery, axial turbine, axial compressor, radial turbine,
centrifugal compressor and retrofitting and performance upgrades).

The objectives of AxSTREAM Turbomachinery Design Workshop are

" To enable an engineer to perform a complete flow path design based
on the engine cycle data, design 3D airfoils and carry out 3D FEA and
3D CFD channel potential flow analysis;
" To present and demonstrate AxSTREAM features for preliminary design,
1D/2D/3D analysis and optimization of turbomachinery flow path;
" To help attendees successfully apply the AxSTREAM software to their
own design challenges.

After the training all attendees will receive a one month license to
the complete AxSTREAM software suite, a value of 10,000 USD.
