AGM of the Ae.S.I., Chennai Branch, held on 12 Aug 2013.

Dear Friend,

It is now 37 days since the AGM took place.

The MINUTES of the AGM has NOT been issued. It is the responsibility of the OUT-GONEeAR

Chairman to arrange to issue the Minutes, by the Hon.Secretary who worked with him.

You have all seen HOW the OUT -GONE Hon.Secretary presented the Annual Report at

the said AGM. He was just standing there , in front of us, as if some lightning had struck him !

In sheer disgust ( since I have never seen such a Presentation in my life), I said " Minutes

Passed " !

Earlier, I had sent my views about the present state of affairs at the Headquarters of the Ae.S.I.

The OUT -GONE Chairman , without UNDERSTANDING the matter, wrote some non -sense about

Commodore R.S.Vasan and me !  I JUST IGNORED IT. As a very well -trained Officer of the Defence

Forces ( appointed by the President of India ), I thought Commodore Vasan would also ignore it. But,

being a very sensitive person, he reacted and communicated whatever he communicated.

IT IS NOT THE JOB OF IN - COMING CHAIRMAN / HON.SECRETARY TO ISSUE THE MINUTES. 

IMMEDIATELY after the AGM, the Out -Gone Chairman should have arranged to issue the Minutes,

send it to the Headquarters of the Society, send the necessary papers to the Bank, etc., so that the

New Team would start FUNCTIONING ASAP.

Observing HOW the OUT-GONE Hon.Secretary performed at the AGM, the OUT -GONE Chairman

should have taken all the care to issue the Minutes IMMEDIATELY after the AGM.

I feel guilty that I have brought a bad name for the Gentleman whom I proposed for the Post of

Chairman of the Chennai Branch. I must apologise to him !
