My recent views on the development of underwater capability in SCS and the BoB has been carried by NMF . The same is available for your reading pleasure at http://www.c3sindia.org/military/6171 . As per the guidelines of NMF, a view point has to be restricted to less than thousand words and I have tried to  cover the salient aspects of these developments with in 1000 words .
