This should be handled on the Senate list, with that said, I too vote no on this resolution and vote yes for immediate orbital bombardment.

By my count we have 15 senators. So far we have 1 yes, 6 no's, (3 for orbital bombardment), and 8 yet to vote .

We can leave the voting open longer but I think it is fair to say that the resolution is likely to fail and we will retain our current Senate President.

Could we please move the discussion to the Senate Discord Channel – Motions put before the Senate must follow protocol, and should not be discussed in a public forum until the Senate decides so.

 

Once it has been discussed at Senate level – we’ll see if anyone is prepared to second it.

 

Personally – we already have a very effective Head of The senate, for what it’s worth.

I say the Senate business should be done in the Discord. I fear that sending messages in a mailing list for even the measliest of Bills would take much too much time.

FOR CLARIFICATION

The Senate President of the previous legislative season has agreed to decide that all business in regards to the Senate should be done within the Discord channel and that voting is scheduled to be done at the end of the week, Friday. Moreover, someone needs to second my resolution to even have me voted for or else the previous Senate leader would be installed as President almost instantaneously, considering if nobody else bids to run.

The Senate President of the previous legislative season has agreed no such thing in so far as a vote being scheduled for the end of the week. The suggestion by our Emperor was that discussion remain open for a week, then nominations and voting.

I have asked within the senate if anyone wishes to second your nomination, now it is up to them.
