Senator by-election

To the Honorable Emperor, President, Senators and all citizens.

I am a new citizen living on Earth, and it is an honor to be a citizen of the Ariega Empire, and it is a pleasure to meet all of you.  Recently, I found out in the 291st news that the Earth has elected only one senator, but as far as I know, there are 58 citizens of the Earth, so should we consider holding a by-election of senators?  And I'd love to vote at that time, Thanks🤗
