Crowd-funding opportunity - Turn penalties and turn bans

Hello AequilibraE users,

We have recently received some inquiries about implementing turn penalties (and bans) in AequilibraE, which would be an awesome feature to add.

This is something we would be excited to do, and we think it is a great opportunity for corporate and institutional users to help fund.

We can provide more detail to those interested in helping fund this effort, and we can already share that the cost of this project would be equivalent to 1 license (or yearly subscription) of one of the commercially available software out there.
