Hello team,

We are currently working on a mobility plan for the Lake Chapala region in Mexico, and we are looking to create a model using the tools from the QAequilibrae plugin, so we greatly appreciate your work.

We are using QGIS version 3.40.5 and have encountered issues installing the plugin. After installing the plugin and the complementary Python packages, an alert appears stating that the package could not be installed properly. The alert window shows the following message:

An error occurred while executing Python code:

This error has appeared on every device where we tried the installation. Do you know how we can solve this issue?

Hi Juan,

It is likely that the problem you are having is related to being on an Apple machine.

We have received those reports in the past, but the development team does not have a Mac available to look into that.

This is also unlikely to get fixed in the short term, unless a developer who owns a Mac joins the team and/or we get some specific funding to fix it.

Cheers,
Pedro
