New release and contribution opportunity

Dear users,

                  We have just released AequilibraE 1.3.0 and are about to release the corresponding version of QAequilibraE, which should bring us back to a very robust plugin.

For those interested in contributing to AequilibraE, an awesome way of doing that is by translating the plugin to another language you are fluent in. For companies using AequilibraE, this is a low-cost opportunity to give back to the project.

Outer Loop will continue to fully support Portuguese (Brazilian) for now, and the French translation is well under way. Let's make AequilibraE even more accessible to modellers anywhere in the world.
