Hi folks,

I have just installed Aquilibrae in windows, put spatialite in HD and replaced sqlite3.dll in python DLLs folder. Nevertheless, the message in the picture continues to pop up.

Could you help me n this issue?

Your problem is not spatialite. Your problem is in importing  compiled components of the code.

There is likely something wrong with your virtual environment setup.

Hi,

Do you have any idea?

I am on Windows 11 Pro and

Python 3.12.6 (tags/v3.12.6:a4a2d2b, Sep  6 2024, 20:11:23) [MSC v.1940 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

to create virtual environment , i typed

python -m venv psa

activated it then pip install aequilibrae

After, I  tried to import aequilibrae on python and got the same message.

Best regards
Fábio

Can you send the entire script and what the terminal has printed on screen for you?

Are you on an arm-based Windows PC by any chance?

No idea. It makes no sense and I can't reproduce that.  Have you tried:

from aequilibrae import Project

Fabio, how did you install Python?

I have seen all sorts of weird issues when people installed from the Windows app store. In that case, I would recommend you uninstall it and install it directly from Python.org (Python 3.11 is a good one to go with right now).

Cheers,
Pedro
