create project from layer issue

Dear all,

I am new to this. i can't create project from layers. what is the issue. please help

0% in initializing project

I am wondering where is the issue.  This is not a big network. 160 links. Wondering issue is with plugin or databases

That's not enough info to provide you with any help - you need to provide a detailed breakdown of what you've already tried, if you are using QGIS plugin or the python API, what version of each tool you are using, etc.

Hi Gayani,

You still have not detailed what you are doing (using Python, QGIS, etc).  One imediat eissue is that your data projection is 5432, when AequilibraE uses 4326 by default.  I don't remember if that's a problem in QAequilibraE (the software may handle it automatically), but may be worth a try.
