Troubling increase in free private requests for support

Hello list,

Exactly two years ago, I sent a message to this list reminding everyone that it is not appropriate to request free private support from me or anyone else, but once again we see the number of such requests grow considerably.

Since my last plea to this mailing list, our company (Outer Loop Consulting) has increased substantially the funding dedicated to AequilibraE, which has been added to the generous support of EGIS France.

However, this funding continues to be dedicated to the development of new features, bug fixes and support through this mailing list. The motto continues to be "Our software is free, but our time is generally not"
