I am testing version 26.076.07.

Where is the item "New project" or where can I find a manual that teaches me how to create a project from scratch? Thank you

We moved some of QAequilibraE menus to the processing toolbox (Processing -> toolbox OR ctrl+alt+t).

Look inside the 'Model building' menu in AequilibraE.
