PTA Meeting on 23rd August

Dear Co-Parents,

 

The formal MOM of the meeting is still awaited from the school, meanwhile I am sharing the major points of discussion with you.

 

There were two major concern from the parents representatives - Security and Transport. Two committees are formed to take care of these two major concerns. The committees are formed between Parents representatives and School Representatives jointly and they will come up with their recommendation and action plan.

 

To help ensure transport related issues are managed better, the parent rep body is trying to identify 2 representatives for each bus route.

These parents can then help collate route specific issues, and help coordinate efforts with the school transport team.

Please write back if you are able to volunteer as a representative for your bus route. Please mention the route number in your response.

The concern of Aeolus for non-availability of subject facilitator was also discussed in length. Sunil Bhaiya has ensured that this is the biggest challenge for him also. He himself spend around Two & Two and half hour with each facilitator when they intend to resign and finding suitable replacement according to Shikshantar expectation is big challenge.
