I tried using the trnset2ASCII.x to analyze the fingerprint values. I am a little confused about the values. (I am attaching a part of the output file here - out2.txt)

Since the trnset2ASCII.x function generates a scaled .train file - shouldn't the normalized values of the fingerprints be between -1 and 1 ? Or does the normalization happen in a different manner? (I am using Chebyshev descriptors.)
