How to visulaize the actual values of discriptors

Like Behler G2 symmetry function, when using generate.in command to obtain X.train outputfile, what I want to see is the actual values after transforming. It's convenient for tuning the hyper parameters in symmetry functions. However, the X.train is not human readable format if I was not wrong. So is there a solution for this?

You can use the trnset2ASCII.x tool to convert into readable format and plot. It has been discussed in the group earlier. Please check it if you are having difficulty.
