Dear Dr. Artrith and all aenet users,

I wonder is there a way to extract the numbers from NN in the aenet package?
For example, if the architecture of one potential is X-15-10-1, X is the input layers, how can I obtain the output of the first layer, which should be 15 numbers,
as well as the output of the second hidden layers, which should be 10 numbers?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Geng,

Currently, aenet does not have an option to write out the values of the hidden nodes. You would have to implement an additional routine to do that. The ANN is implemented in “feedforward.f90”.
