Brew formula to install aeneas (+deps) on Mac OS X

Dear all,

now you can install aeneas on Mac OS X via brew.

Doing so will install the dependencies (ffmpeg, espeak, Python modules
--- also via brew), and it will also compile the C extensions, including
the cew extension, calling espeak via C, so now you can enjoy aeneas at
full-speed on Mac OS X as well.

To update:

$ brew update && brew install homebrew/python/aeneas
