Script to install Festival and MBROLA on Mac OS X (and Linux)

Dear all,

I have just published here:

https://github.com/pettarin/setup-festival-mbrola

a Bash script to install Festival and MBROLA on Mac OS X, and also
adding patched Festival MBROLA wrappers.

Note: the script does not alter your PATH environment variable. If you
want to have festival/text2wave/mbrola executables available
system-wise, you either need to export the right directories (see
README) every time you open a new shell, or put the export statement in
your ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_profile.
