Has anyone ever dealt with this company for their travel with the football team?  This is our first year and we aren’t getting the communication needed to prepare for trips.  I am wondering if this is how the company operates, so I am reaching out to see if anyone has used them in the past or are using them currently.  Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
