Placement Drive Details:
Company : MphasiS
Designation : Software Engineer for Application Team
Work Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai
Eligibility : B.Tech 2014 [CSE and ECE Only]
(Minimum 60% strictly with no backlogs)
Date : Will be intimated (Most probably before 20th Nov’13)
Venue : Rajagiri School of Engineering and Tech, Kochi
Pre-Requisites
· The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
· The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
· The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Profile/Designation: First 6 months- Trainee at Level-1
Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer at Level-2
CTC Details: The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/- per annum.
Bond Period: 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.
