Only 6 weeks until the Brisbane AEES conference - time to register.

Dear AEES discussion group members,

We are about 6 weeks out from the conference, so if you haven’t already done so, now is a good time to purchase your conference pass on the website. The two evening events are included in the conference pass, and additional tickets for the Icebreaker and Conference Dinner are available if you wish to bring along partners or guests that are not attending the conference. Note that we have a special rate for accommodation at the conference venue, and you will be provided with a discount code after you register so that you can book directly with the hotel.

If you’re planning to attend the Australian Seismologists meeting, it will be held at the conference venue at 10am on Thursday 23 November, with the AEES conference registration desk opening at 12pm for a 1pm start, so plan your travel accordingly.

The last few weeks before the conference can be quite hectic for the organising committee, so registering early will ensure a prompt response if you need assistance with your registration, accommodation, or travel to the conference.
