NOTICE OF AEES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Earthquake Engineering Society (AEES) will take place at 6pm AEDT on Wednesday 8 December, 2021 online (virtual meeting).  An Agenda is attached.  If you have any item you wish to raise under “Other Business” please advise via return email by 5pm AEDT 3 December 2021.

 

Attached also are the draft Minutes of the 2020 AEES AGM.

 

If you would like to attend the AGM please advise via return email by 5pm AEDT Wednesday 1 December, 2021 so that a meeting link can be emailed to you.  

 

For any member who is unable to attend the meeting but would like to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting, please complete the proxy form attached and return via email by 5pm AEDT 3 December, 2021.

 

If you are interested in nominating for a Committee position, please advise by return email by 5pm AEDT 3 December 2021.
