Dear AEES Members,

On behalf of the AEES Committee, I would like to formally announce the 2026 AEES Conference, which will be held in Launceston, Tasmania, from Thursday 26 November until Saturday 28 November.

Registrations for the conference will open on 1 June.
Further details are provided in the flyer attached.

We are now accepting Abstracts.
Please note that these are due by 30 June with no extensions to this deadline. This gives you exactly 8 weeks to put together 200-250 words. Abstract submissions are to be sent to Liz Pascale ad...@aees.org.au using the abstract template attached to this email.

Reach out if you have any queries whatsoever.

Kind regards,

Dee

Hi Dee,

Thank you for the announcement and information, much appreciated.

We have been keen to attend the conference annually as always; however, this year, as a small company, the cost of attending in Tasmania is unfortunately not affordable for us.

I just wanted to check, if we submit our paper as a poster, would it be possible to register for a one-day conference pass without attending the presentation in person?

Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.

Have a nice day ahead, talk soon.

Kind regards.

Arash
