Tomorrow: Festival Volunteer Orientation

Hello!

 

The Arkansas Earth Day Foundation Committee would like to thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 8th Annual Earth Day Festival.  The Festival is April 23, 2011 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.  

 

We need several volunteers before the festival starts to help set up booths, tents, signs, stages, etc, along with durning the festival and breaking down after the festiavl ends.  We will discuss all of the details tomorrow at our volunteer orientation that will be held at Vino's BrewPub from 7:00pm-9:00pm.  If you are unable to make it the orientation, please email me or Chris Hart at volu...@arkansasearthday.org. We will set up a time for you to fill out the information packet and waiver.  

 

Please look over the volunteer packet that is attached to this email to help better prepare yourself for orientation tomorrow. AEDF WILL NOT pass out packets tomorow since we are promoting to be paper free.  We will have to have sign in sheets with the waiver for all volunteers to sign, which is also attached to this email. You may look over if you would like, but AEDF will supply the waiver to you tomorrow night.  We hope to see everyone tomorrow night and also at the Earth Day Festival.  I hope all are out enjoying this wonderful weather we are having!
