Hello All,

 

Here are some volunteer opportunities for Arkansas Earth Day Foundation. If you can volunteer an hour or two for anything that would be appreciated. SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2011

ARKANSAS FLOWER AND GARDEN SHOW KIDS' CRAFT TABLE

CONVENTION CENTER

We will be having a couple of tables at the kid's area for their family day on Sunday from 10am to 3pm. We will be planting wildflowers to take home, making peanut butter bird feeders, face painting, and having information about the Earth Day festival. We need one volunteer for each time listed. More details will be emailed to you later this week if you can volunteer.

1. Setup 9am-10am

2. 10am-Noon

3. Noon-2pm

4. 2pm-3:30pm (Clean Up)

 

SATURDAY, MARCH 12 8am-Noon

KEEP LITTLE ROCK BEAUTIFUL CITYWIDE CLEAN UP

We will be volunteering on this day, helping with various clean up activities. Please email in...@arkansasearthday.org if you would like to volunteer. We need at least 10-20 volunteers.

 

THURSDAY, MARCH 17 5:30pm-7:30pm

THE GREEN GUIDE PARTY

THE GREEN CORNER STORE

We will be co-organizing our sponsor appreciation party with the launch of this year's Green Guide. We need volunteers to help with this event. This is an invite only event, so if you want to come and you are not a board member, I would recommend volunteering.

1. Setup 4pm-5pm

3. Serve drinks at Bar 5:30-7:30pm

4. Serve Food 5:30-7:30pm

5. Help with Fashion Show 5:30-7:30pm

7. Be at Arkansas Earth Day Table (Board Member Only) 5:30-6:30pm

8. Clean up 8pm-9pm

9. Clean up 8pm-9pm

10. Clean up 8pm-9pm
