Clippings on Chrome?

Hello,

I work for Amazon and we use (love using clippings add-on) ,however, we're been forced now to use Chrome since Mozilla is presenting some issues, this would represent thousands of users to stop using Clippings since they are not available on Chrome, there is no any other app like clippings on Chrome.

I was wondering if there is a way to have Clippings on chrome too? this would help a lot and the entire Amazon population will keep using it.

It is theoretically possible to port Clippings to Chrome, but there would be a lot of work needed, especially since it uses some add-on features that are specific to Firefox. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do that.  But Clippings is open source, so any developer with the interest, skill and time to make it work on Chrome can certainly do that.
