Firefox Nightly 75.0a1(2020-02-16)(64-bit) CANNOT CALL CLIPPINGS

Clippings extension shows as active but it cannot be called at all.  Since this is the soon to be next version of Firefox I thought you would be concerned.  Clippings is working just fine in the current public version 73.0 of Firefox.  I am using Windows 10.

What exactly do you mean when you say that Clippings cannot be "called at all"?  Does the Clippings menu appear in the browser context menu? If the Clippings menu is available, does a clipping get pasted when the clipping is selected from the menu? Can the keyboard paste dialog be invoked by pressing Alt+Shift+Y (or whatever custom keys that may have been set)?

Noticed that Nightly was in private browsing mode.  I never use this feature so it was apparently set when this version of Nightly loaded.  When I turned off private browsing Clippings worked.  Clippings was set to allow private browsing but it was still blocked until I turned off private browsing.  All of my other extensions DID work in the private mode so this does appear to be a Clippings issue.

Hi, you must explicitly allow the use of the extensions in private mode. In the Addons Manager you can set the appropriate check mark for the respective extension.
