Bind panic button to shortkeys?

Is it possible to bind this addon to the keyboard instead of having to click the icon? If so; how?

You can use the F9 key to invoke the Panic Button action.

Note that if you are using macOS, you may need to press Fn+F9, depending on your system settings.

Not at this time. But the ability to do so may be considered for a future release.
