How r u? I hope all are doing well.
We are receiving excellent responses for this proposal..
First of all I personally thank you all on behalf of Teja.. (As I know about the his business in all aspects from the beginning..)
By going through these responses I thought, need to share some information on this with you.
First of all we have to think...
So far Teja never asked Money like this…any kind of situation he was in…… Now he asked for help means.... we have to understand about the criticality of his need…
He asked money to purchase a Xerox machine and UPS for power backup, which are very and highly required to him and he can not have funds to go for them now. Because he newly opened a shop which is near to one Engineering college at Vanastalipuram, Hyd.. (based on his business need and for improvement he closed old shop in other location and opened newly at college where students floating is high).
Now this is a project completion time for all students. So, all students are asking for Xerox and print outs of their project copies.. (We made a temporary arrangement for this, but that is not sufficient any how he is loosing some business..)
He thought to get some help from us in terms of money so that he can make some enhancements to his business… Actually this is the need to him..
We have seen different opinions from out friends on this proposal….Those are good

Yes Hari, I totally agree with you. But we are giving Fish (Money) to him not for FOOD, for investment.. So that he can gain more Fishes…. in his possible way at present situation where he is in..

I got your point, but, he doesn’t know about Mainframes..
If you have any openings from your end… immediately he is not ready .. for this he needs to go institute and it will take time to get familiar .. I think you can understand this…
Please don’t mistake me guys, I am telling truth….
Present Taja in a position like just above fresher.. he needs to get trained for the positions where ever you can place him. This is not immediately happen. We will think about this later and work it out..
Please give suggestions to him to get trained (not only in IT like in admin, Teaching etc…) based on that we can try to place him any suitable position..
If you can place him any where, that…. (I can’t say in words) that is big help to him.. and we felt very happy..
So, For time being.. Please join hands to help him at this situation by giving funds (not for sufficient to him at least for some extent).
Here my main intention is to help Taja… Please don’t think another way guys…
I hope you all understand this….

Good thinking guys. but, the only problem is if Teja knew what to do other than running an internet center, i think he would have done it long time back. Rather than showing him a solution, we are only suggesting him to look at alternate avenues. I dont think money is the problem here. It's only lack of ideas. If anyone has a good suggestion towards business, please suggest now. Other than that i seriously doubt whether Teja would be coming up with his own ideas. I agree that doing a Job is rather good solution. Is anyone confident that they can help him in that direction? I am totally fine with anything as long as we were able to help him out.

No, Mark please don't be in a hurry to collect the amount. My thought is same as Rajashaker Reddy about this business. If I am not wrong he is doing the same business from 7 to 8 years, now the business came down due to fast growing technology.
Here I am giving a small example: A person who is doing business from the last 10 years by selling Music Cassettes will not survive now , he has to sell CDs and DVDs .
In Teja's case also same, he has to think in that direction and do the business. Tell him that if he is seriously wants to do some busniess other than internet center I can arrange him more than Rs.1 lac loan from the bank on my name and I can help him out.
SECOND THOUGHT: If Tej wants to do a job, with all our contacts we will try to place him. For Teja, job is the way where he can survive for a longer period...Now especially in Hyderabad there are opportunities in different sectors(not IT) , even I have seen retired people after completion of 60 years again they are working in some small companies and earning.
Friends, please teach him How to catch a Fish(earn money) rather than giving Fish(giving money).
