1. Register
Register at the Social Referral Tool URL: ibm.referrals.selectminds.com
2. Create a Personal Account
a. Click "Sign Up" on the upper right side of the page
b. Select the "Sign up with email/password" button
Important:Select "I currently work for IBM" and use only your IBM email address to sign up.
3. Connect you account to your Social Networks - Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
a. Click “Settings” on the upper right hand portion of the page.
b. Scroll down to go to “Social Networks”
c. Connect to your social networking accounts with your username and password
4. Sign up for Job Alerts - Know the Latest Job Openings
a. Click “Settings” on the upper right hand portion of the page.
b. Scroll down to go to “Email Job Alerts”
c. Select “I would prefer to receive emails at:” and
d. Enter your personal email address – yahoo, gmail, hotmail or any personal account.
5. View jobs and start sharing with your friends!
You can do this anywhere, even outside the office, even using your tablet or phone!
