Dear AEAI Members,
We invite you to submit artwork for the Third Annual AEAI Juried Member Exhibition at Herron School of Art + Design, November 1–8, 2025. This juried exhibition showcases AEAI member artwork in a professional gallery setting, culminating with a reception during the AEAI Convention.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Any current AEAI member
KEY DATES:
Submission Deadline: September 1, 2025
Acceptance Notification: August 15, 2025
Exhibition: November 1–8, 2025
Reception: November 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM
HOW TO SUBMIT: Complete the submission form [LINK]. This is a juried show—not all submissions will be accepted due to gallery space limitations.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Must be ready to hang with D-rings or proper hanging hardware
Professionally framed (black or white frames preferred for consistency)
Works not ready to hang will be excluded from the exhibition
ARTWORK DELIVERY:
Option 1 - Hand Delivery:
When: Weekend of October 18 & 19, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Herron School of Art + Design, 735 W. New York Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202
Required: Use the Drop-Off Document [LINK] to schedule your specific delivery date and time
Option 2 - Mail:
Deadline: Must arrive by October 11

ARTWORK PICKUP: All participating artists must pick up their artwork on November 8 at 6:00 PM (after the closing ceremony).
