Welcome to AEAI Convention Weekend! 

If you are joining us this weekend, please be sure to pick up your name tag, program with map, and swag bag at the registration table before you attend your selected Convention sessions. 

A friendly reminder to all of our out of town attendees: Our downtown campus setting may require additional time and effort as travel and parking can be complicated. We encourage you to use GPS for up to date construction and traffic navigation. Campus parking details can be found at:

Presenters: Please be sure to check in at the registration table, we would like to be sure that you get your class rosters, technology information, certificates and thank you gift. 

This year’s Convention takes place in one location. All tables are located on the first floor in the grand hallway for your accessibility.

Most workshops and presentations also take place on the first floor. 

If you have a workshop or presentation on the second floor, there is an elevator located on the south side in the central hallway.
