                                                              Globalization in my eyes

   With the developement of economy, people have more chances to contact. The concept of globalization has been accepted by people. In my eyes, globalization means opportunities and challenge for us.

   First, global economy breaks down the barriers among countries, it allows companies to benefit from the largest market, the cheapest workforces, raw materials and technology. For example, some Chinese IT companies cooprate with American IT companies. For many American companies, China has a large market,they can produce much of their softwares in China, and sell them in China. For Chinese IT companies, they can grasp opportunities to expand their companies globally. They gain a chance to target a large customers in the world. At the same time, our companies can improve the standards of technology and renew the concept of management. Second, global economy will also help promoting international peace.As we know, different countries have different cultures, because of cultural barriars, there are some misunderstandings among people. But globalization, likes the ties, binds people around world. People have chances to know each other and understand each other better. The misunderstandings would disappear in one day. And economical and cultural conflicts among countries would be less occuring.

   But we must face the challenges of global economy, some national companies are lack of technology and finance, they have to bankrupt when they competing with multinationals. People accept new culture easily, they even ignore their traditional culture.This threaten the diversity of culture.

   So I think that we must take advantage of  globalization to develop our economy. And at the same time, we should avoid depending on the multinationals too much. So we need government's support and conduct.
