Globalization means human societies across the globe have established
progressively closer contacts over many centuries. Throughout history,
adventurers, generals, merchants, and financiers have constructed an
ever-more-global economy.
Today every country has some connect with other countries.
Globalization has become popular. And the scientist and technology
developed rapidly. Now people can see the world by TV at home.
Globalization has effects on economy and culture. Globalization has
been building an Inclusive World Economy. Globalization has helped
some countries reduce poverty. Now transportation communication and
technology are combined all over the world. The merchants can take the
advantage of cheap labor, abundant resources and build companies in
different countries and put out the product all over the world. Also
it is convenient for people that they have more choice. But not
everything is prefect. Globalization makes the rich become richer, the
poor become poorer. In economy some countries have been controlled by
some power countries. And one country’s economic crisis can influence
the world.
Globalization makes culture melt. More and more people have been
abroad and more and more countries attract other countries’ culture.
For example, like China, more and more people study English and many
people want to go abroad to have a new life. Technology has now
created the possibility and even the likelihood of a global culture.
But it also makes the culture conflict. Some disadvantage of culture
has appeared. Many young men are puzzling about what is their own
culture.
In my eyes, the globalization had become an unchanged trend. The
world will be together someday.
